One minute into the game, 7 soccer players playing offence against any NFL front line and they would be dead.

I don't know what misconception you have about the size, strength and athletic ability of soccer players, but football is the only sport where people intentionally collide on every play. The NFL front line guys would never be near the ball in any other sport, because they are much too slow.

the nfl has the athletes who are the quickest and strongest.

it's kind of a 'hurry up and wait' type of sport, but when that ball is snapped, there aren't any other athletes anywhere who have that 'burst/strength' combination.

anyone who has been to a game and seen it live will know what i'm talking about.

being an official must be tough... the action is so fast.
