Hi John

While capex has slowed down in the last year things should pick up in the not to distant future (a year or so) as communications takes on a bigger role in our society and the world.

IP has a long ways to go along with wireless so we are still in the infancy mode. Unfortunately we had a bubble last year that muddies things up for a little while.

All those R&D types are hard at work with new products.

I wonder what the marketing types have come up with for next year.

it looks like WLAN's are just another one of those gimmicks that will never really take off. I wonder why all those companies are bothering to install them? Don't they know that these gimmicks are just fads? Bah! New technology, who needs it?
