Just to be sure I understand you, do you mean that FGH can terminate contracts at will, if the Judge agrees (as he usually will)?

More particularly, are you suggesting that the PDE contracts will be cancelled, in all likelihood?

Razor, If that's the case, then she moves higher...or, one might expect that the "smart money" already knows they will be able to cancel the contracts and that such an event is already priced in.
