but I never saw William trash the shorts and non-believers on the way up the way you are trashing him on the way down. Well he did call me a cementhead while I was short Amazon. Of course, I have no gripe. I believe he was trying to get me to stop shorting Amazon at that time actually.

You've obviously had a lot longer space of time to form an opinion of the man, as the only part of him I have read firsthand is his last two months on this board. Proud, boastful, arrogant, I'm using the terms relatively synonymously. You want to accept one but not the other two then that means nothing to me. I don't know that William has lied, that is why I qualified it with the either-or. It just doesn't strike me as a human reaction to go through what he implicitly must have gone through in 2000, assuming he is being honest, and act as if it was all meaningless and random that there's no lesson to have been learned from it. I'll track down what I think I saw regarding contradictions if I have time. Right now I'm sick of discussing the man. In the end we're just going to have to agree to disagree anyway.
