As I think you would agree, that business is going to be a loss-maker for the next couple of years. I don't think they have a couple of years to make the B2B business profitable. They have a couple of quarters at most. This will actually tend to diminish the value of the overall company The B2B business is already valued at next to nothing. Worse case, someone takes the technology off their hands at a firesale price. Just because they aren't making money doesn't mean the technology doesn't have value.
