May 16 — President Bush, in a much anticipated energy plan, will warn Americans Thursday that the United States faces “the most serious energy shortage since the oil embargo of the 1970s.” Bush plans to propose new oil drilling on federal lands, speedier development of new nuclear plants and tax incentives totaling $10 billion for Americans to save energy, a senior administration official said Wednesday night.


Do you think HPOW starts up? PLUG and FCEL should be watched as well. All we need is above average temperatures to start the air conditioning assault on Western power supplies.
