The Fringe of the Shoal
or
Motion

The dark shadow moved quietly against the wall of the shoal, billions of bright eyes and slender bodies moving in a syncopated dance. Flickers of wavelike motion rippled and darted along the silver beast and disappeared in a glistening flash that signaled a turn...

How are you doing Claude ?

<Gold stocks are no longer in synch with gold>

The Gold Stocks lead the Metal. That is as about as fundamental as it gets in a Gold Bull Market. But then again I don't write a Newsletter. I just pick bottoms and profit accordingly:

Any spot future close above $US 272.30 would be a high for the year. Any close above $US 273.60 would put Gold in the black for the year. But the big one would be any spot future close over $US 275. A close of $US 275 or higher would be the best and probably final piece of evidence necessary to conclude that Gold has indeed bottomed out short term and intermediate term.

To be sure, Gold is at a crossroad here.

PS With the Australian $$$ up nicely this morning thus far, I think the odds favor a continuation of the Gold Rally.

Got Gold?
Got Guns?
Got Guts?
Got Gold Stocks?
