PK- I am a speculator here. I don't plan on living there. Just like all the buyers of stock- I plan on selling it to some farmer or back to nature type down the road in a couple of years. And RE in rural KY is NOTHING like the left coast. It's always been cheap, relatively speaking, but has periods of inflation too. The trick is to catch it early in the inflation cycle, and hold it throughout. I do have property that I will hold too, but this one would be a speculation.
