The stocks always build in spring , but the builds over the past few weeks have been much larger than is normal for the time of year. There has been some fuel switching from gas to oil, and it also seems likely that demand for gas is down because manufacturing is down. However, it is also quite true that a lot of power plant demand is expected this summer. When I work out an opinion on what is going on I will post more and let you know.
