hj, i was driving along the main road on your side of the lake last summer and found it very pleasant. it has more of a wooded feel than most parts of lake washington. some beautiful homes on large properties with dramatic descents to the shore. (i do love my view of the Mountain, however. :))

hj, washington property taxes are outrageous. i'm paying 1-1.5% on our washington condo rental.
