Bush was long on rhetoric and short on the details......typical of Bush. What I didn't like about his words was the inference to how "we" would be building new power grids. Why don't the energy companies build them? More of Bush's privatized profit / socialized cost form of conservatism. Yesterday boob Bush stated that we needed to pass the tax cut quickly so people would be able to pay their increased energy costs!! He's getting alot of mileage out of that tax cut of his!! LOL
