Yea, I just got off the phone with someone at DOL who gave me a different URL - ows.doleta.gov >>n the week ending May 12, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims was 380,000, a decrease of 8,000 from the previous week's revised figure of 388,000. The 4-week moving average was 401,250, a decrease of 2,250 from the previous week's revised average of 403,500. The advance seasonally adjusted insured unemployment rate was 2.1 percent for the week ending May 5, unchanged from the prior week's unrevised rate of 2.1 percent. The advance number for seasonally adjusted insured unemployment during the week ending May 5 was 2,682,000, a decrease of 26,000 from the preceding week's revised level of 2,708,000. The 4-week moving average was 2,680,500, an increase of 45,500 from the preceding week's revised average of 2,635,000. << Consensus was 395K, so that's good news for bulls.
