Larry, that is the problem with statistics, they don't look at the details of a situation, this one has a unique driver (funding) behind it. If you peruse the beginning of this thread, you'll see that these two stocks can become very "volatile" under the right conditions, I do not expect another run to $100 like last year, but the low $20 is a better than 50% chance, IMHO.

Is that an old article or can you reference it with a link ?

I was wondering if it was the case that only 3.14% rise and stay above $15 ? Or is it that the remaining 96.86 % never actually break $15 within that 1 year period ? Thanks for any information.
