11:17 ET Strong Groups : Genomics: MUSE (+10%), ORCH (+10%),AFFX (+7%), SQNM (+7%), PDLI (+6.5%)... Alternative Energy: HPOW (+7.5%), BLDP (+6%), PRTN (+5.5%), CPST (+4.5%), PLUG (+3.5%)... Ballard Power (BLDP), the leading maker of fuel cells for the auto market, could benefit from the Bush energy plan to be unveiled later today; the proposal is expected to include a measure that provides $4 bln in tax incentives for the purchase of energy efficient vehicles; Democrats are proposing a plan that would offer tax incentives for the purchase of "hybrid" gas and electric autos.

I own ORCH also in the above list. I'm going take look at the PLUG and BLDP maybe it's time to go back into CPST.

I sold calpine for a small gain...didn't like it this morning when the gov or whoever of Ca said "well we are going to be in charge of the power grid now and if we see any price gauging we will regulate".
Price gauging? What happened to a free economy? (I know, it died long ago).
Anyway that worried me so taking a small profit seemed a good idea. When the govt gets into something you know it will probably go to dirt.
