China has a lot of people. The reason is capacity constraints of GSM.

Makes sense. However, I bet that China would have gone with GSM if by chance it was a toss up. Why be paying royalties to an American company.

It has to be the technology and a look to the future.

I had always thought that the Chinese were just playing games and had no intention to go along with cdma.

Q is now on a roll in their business strategy..the stock is likely to do very well..like I stated earlier, it should outperform the Nasdaq to the upside at least 2 times.. and move down with the Nasdaq only in step.
