I've been shorting BLDP since November, with good success. Shorted more today, although underwater on shares shorted just above 52 (I'm long CPST to hedge this short a little bit). I'm not sure how tax credits help a company which has no prospect of earning any money (and hence paying any taxes) for the foreseeable future. I guess there could be some indirect benefit if the auto manufacturers pump up manufacture of fuel cell-based autos, but they're already doing that to some extent. In short, I see nothing substantive today, except rampant speculation. I think it could continue through the open tomorrow, but think profit taking will set in tomorrow PM.

JMHO.

Good luck.
