Not a suck-up, I think what she said was well stated. We have a separate EV7 thing going, etc... but dropping this EV7 issue in here in my reply to Amy is a pitiful dodge. Pity Full. Hi Ten, RE: "Itanium may be the mother of all slipped schedules" Let's face it - Itanium was the father of all PR disasters. The bottom-line is there are other chips whose slippage is more, yet, you only hear about Itanium. Why? Because of a 1997 PR interview blitz that never should have been done. Basic 101 marcom stuff. The point Rob made was: don't market or launch until commercially viable product is available. Anything past 6 months on a pre-launch is beyond the pale and results in PR poison. Regards, Amy J
