robert, i get to pay the high property tax in both wa and california - and the high ca income tax! oh, and the "road assessment fee" for the next 7 years.

i don't object to the road fee. what i object to is the fact i can't open a toll on the road used primarily by people who don't live near the road. THAT pisses me off! ;-)

guess i'll probably never have a rental in or! actually, it doesn't matter too much. demand is based on total cost regardless of WHERE the money goes. lower taxes = higher price. higher taxes = lower price. all else being equal, of course. and it *never* is ;-)
