I have an acquaintance at what used to be Sequent, the preferred term for the former mysterious Merced there was Unobtanium. Maybe Sequent would have done a little better if they hadn't been quite so slavishly devoted to their "professional" relationship with Intel on that front, but who can say?

I don't know enough about the EV7 product to speak to it specifically. My allegation is that you essentially engaged in analogous behavior because your information on Itanium is suspect at best...
