Meanwhile, the 2/3's of Rambus's revenue that comes from SDRAM/DDR looks like it is about to go away, and their quarterly legal bills are quite a bit higher than their RDRAM revenue. The post below from the Gorilla Game board explains why that conclusion does not follow from the recent ruling. It also contains an article discussing just how vacuous the "fraud" charge is. If the information in the article is indeed true, the fraud charge is is a travesty, and I expect it will likely be overturned. Message 15814470
