I understand your sentiments,however, it seems to me that the greater of the two evils is the possibility that laxity will essentially allow murder...or put someone out of their misery who has not made that choice. There are many issues with the slippery slope aspect to them This is one of them. My concern is not to deprive someone of personal liberty, but to protect them from having that personal liberty taken away, without consent, in a very permanent way. JMO.
