The talk on the radio was he was so far off the scale that they don't even have a proper charge for the stunt. The fine might be capped at $300. The amazing thing is, as soon as the radar car turned on it's lights the guy pulled off Lake Shore and stopped. No chase involved, like they could have caught him.

The quote according to Keats is:

"My name is Ozymandias, king of kings

Is the inscription on the pedestal actually what you quoted, and did Keats change it for poetic purposes? Or are you a wee bit off on your memory of 11th grade English class?
