Sure, except they are all going to blind (to Cheney) trust, so in 4 or 8 years, Cheney will not need any health insurance, he will be able to pay cash on the barrel for his heart transplant. The executive branch is in the hip pocket of big oil, and they will have a field day running the country for the next few years until the center leaning voters realized that their tax break is simply being diverted to Exxon et al.
