BTW, I am impressed and surprised to hear of all the gemologists you employ. Sounds like you run a first-class operation. It is great to hear that somebody does these days. I do not view it so much as first-class but more towards that is the proper way to operate the business. I do not like to go into a computer store and have someone who knows less about a computer explain one to me. The is true for electronics, etc. Is that not the point of going into a "specialty shop?" If one just wants people to run a cash register, one shops at Wal-Mart. That is not putting Wal-Mart down but rather they sell a product that requires little if any education to the consumer. I will take the compliment. Thank you:-)
