EP, HPOW took out recent high of 11.25 with conviction, trading at the highest level in 6 months. More to come when hype about alternative energy gets into full swing. It's easy for traders to talk up HPOW in light of its recent announcement on making fuel cells for CA residential use.

I just cannot ignore the jump in institutional buying. Same tih ILA. It is only a matter fo time before more institutions come along (currently only 3) and price appreciation occurs.
