You're right. I started reading that piece and it looked so much like the other I thought "why are they saying it's incorrect and then printing it." but of course it is not the same piece. Pretty much comes down to he said/he said.

<< That's a lie. (You must be a dem!) >>

Speaking of lies, on the power issue again, the Dems are spreading so much misinformation that the public is totally confused.

If you listen to a Democrat you will hear that if we conserve we can solve the power problems. You will hear that we can reduce our plant requirements by the hundreds.

The public answered a poll recently that basically said they'd rather solve the power crunch issue by conserving as opposed to building new power plants.

The problem with that is conservation will NOT solve this issue. Everything the Dems is saying is false. No reasonable amount of conservation can get us out of this. Many, many more power plants are required and that's an absolute fact.

If you read the reports from the energy commission you will see that conservation could reduce the number of plants we need to build, but only slightly.

The Dems are sacrificing the health of our economy and the very people of our country in order to bias the people against Bush.

This is nothing new.

IMO,
Dave
