dear dear dear third, the meaning is crystal clear. You are totally stupid in that you says things and forget what you say and then think you never said it. So you challenge someone because your imagination has told you you never said something. Of course since you can never back up your claims of someone else said as you most likely don't know the simple procedures of how, you assume no one else will catch you in a lie.
