I would be all for that. First they want everyone to conserve, conserve, conserve. Build no power plants. Use no resources. Go back to the cave. Then when we all do conserve they bitch and moan the fact that they have to pay higher prices for scarce commodity. What, they think it's going to be given to them? I wish they would keep their paws off of the power generated in the Pacific NW. My power bills would be less and there would be more of it available for the people who appreciate the power providers. Misery loves company. And yes, I do conserve and recycle. M
