During the campaign Bush pledged a billion towards clean burning coal and now he's upping it to two billion. Illinois alone has enough coal to supply the electrical demands of the nation for 50 years and the son of a bitch wants to burn it without causing acid rain. Lower cost electricity and no acid rain. He's a real prick.
