Happen to be back online now,

I installed ZoneAlarm yesterday, after deciding I didn't care for Norton Personal Firewall enough to buy it. Here's the thing....since yesterday I have had the same IP address in Redwood, CA trying to hit my ports about 10 times. Is this random, and whether or not it is, should I bother to try and report it to the ISP? Or should I just forget about it and rely on the firewall to do its job?

Your expertise is appreciated.
