It's just down the street. I got lost ten times on those side streets, wandering around for hours thinking I would never find my way back. I know that area now, and have the blisters to prove it! And everyday I would find new shops that were on those streets, amazing place.

Depends. Many Italians travel to New York in Dec. to do the X-mass shopping, and buy Italian goods at cheaper price than in Italy! Shops near Duomo are tourist traps, watch-out!
