Margin debt numbers are extremely positive. Not shooting up while the market rebounded last month.

The reason it is bullish is that some of the risk is taken out of the market

JNPR does not have such a large short position relative to its daily volume, I doubt it will be more than a side show (part of that short positions might have been covered anyhow). It is coming into a support around $50 (give or take), because of the market general strength, I expect it to hold, but if it breaks, I'll bail.
