Richard Li to continue to remain as PCCW chairman: official 2001-05-18 Terms and Conditions Pacific Century CyberWorks Ltd said its executive chairman Richard Li has no plans to relinguish his post as chairman. Company spokeswoman Joan Wagner said Li, however, may consider recruiting a managing director or a chief executive officer in one year's time. However, there are absolutely no immediate plans to appoint a new chief executive officer, she added. "Richard Li will continue to remain as chairman," she said. Li is both the executive chairman and chief executive officer of PCCW, she said. Wagner said PCCW has appointed "a couple of agencies to seek high-level executives to join the board of directors."
