Obviously Intel's performance metric is for benchmarks running entirely within the processor. So I used the same performance metric.

Think about it, Intel never talked about dropping the voltage in coming up with their 10% figure, so any architecture that drops the voltage along with dropping the frequency (for example a Speedstep enabled P4 that would drop the voltage by 25% while halving the frequency when throttling), would exceed their "ideal" implementation.
