Class action suits are interesting

Look at all the PPD suits. They know something is up. They instantly file a press release about a suit. Then a bunch of other attorneys follow to try and dig up lead plaintiffs and other plaintiffs to get together in a big lawsuit. The attorneys use these press release to round up the people ripped off by the companies then they all join together. PPD just went through this because there were some nice accounting errors. The SEC investigated and found errors also. Didn't the SEC investigate SEVU for something recently?

DK, I wonder if the SELLING/SHORTING witnessed recently...

was done by people who had KNOWLEDGE of this Lawsuit in advance of everyone else and ILLEGALLY took advantage of the situation to fill their pockets?...

This could also be a shorters' ploy to further depress the stock price, as this is a common technique they've been using in the past with other Companies... I am not convinced of the merits of the suit either: when SEVU claimed $46 million in revenue, for example, it was clearly predicated on selling 100,000 "Secureview"... They didn't, so it's probably not as misleading as the Attorneys want to make it sound....

Also, the scare tactics remind me of the Shorters: "The firm's reputation for excellence has been recognized on repeated occasions.... and has been responsible for a number of outstanding recoveries which, in the aggregate, total over a billion dollars."

In any case, this will take several years to resolve and the only people who'll get anything at the end of the day, will be the lawyers, as usual... There is just not enough meat on SEVU's bone to satisfy any serious claim... We'll soon have a better idea, when we find out who is the lead plaintiff...
