THIS WAS A GOOD BUY!

The Presto powerPop microwave multi-popper (Wal-market, $12) - Great taste, crisp corn - fun to make. You can use any popcorn - as little as 1 tbsp or as much as 1/3rd cup. Use your favorite oil (corn, veggie, peanut, olive, sesame) - even butter or margarine. Preseason with salt and try garlic or onion, jalapeno salt too - maybe some taco seasoning would be good. You can use very little oil or even air pop - this is great, adding a spritz of buttered flavored Pam afterwards so the salt will stick. Anyway, the taste is refreshing after being used to the microwave bag brands for so long.

Tabasco has a new popcorn out. Its Tabasco/ cheese flavored, so spicy I can only eat a handful at a time. I'm going to try to come up with a fat free version of this in my new popper. Would be great for parties.

The booklet says you can even pop up some batches and keep them on hand.
