Hey...you used you real name!!! you finally trust us?? or just slipped up?? Anyway...I had no doubt the thread would rally for a good cause. Last September, My daughter and I walked for Diabetes. (nothing compared to what Doppler is doing) We did a 5K. I sent out some PM's to people I felt comfortable with and knew my heart regarding Diabetes and the impact it has had on my life. For those of you that do not know, my husband is Diabetic. I sent my PM's just a day or two before the walk...maybe a week at the most. I raised nearly $1000. for the JDA. I did not send out many messages...just a few, and the response was overwhelming in my opinion. Though we all make jokes and tease and talk stocks, the core of this group is fantastic bunch of people. Who would have thought one could find such blessings on the internet!!! Smiles Jane
