Actually thats exactly, precisely what i feel......although i think the real ralley will not haappen before June July...<earnings> and then, people will pull out again.... The reason i say this is coz the earnings are not going to improve drastically...the budgets have been allocated, and the IT spending will remain constrained for this year at least....so the explosive rally may not happen this year.. OTOH, since the markets look ahead, we may see next year priced in in July ? I hope i have managed to confuse all of you about this post..... So tell me, is it time to start counting the coins in the piggy bank then ?
