I'm presently reading Li Ka-Shings biography and... It don't look good for Gulf shareholders, the man has a desire for a global presence.

I think it could happen, Husky just recently put off making a decision on a heavy oil upgrading plant -- hmmm. I figured L.S. was following what Slider has been saying about the oilpatch and decided to hold back, -- probably not the case :)

Here's another thought -- It seems every time President Bush whispers the words "oil-sands," the price of my house goes up 5%, so I figure Husky/Gulf isn't out of the question.
