Anybody looked at AMB Property? I have this unbelievable urge to short industrial and office real estate, since I drive past 10000000000000000 construction sites every day on the way to work, right across the block from (surprise) Int-hell. This, at a time when we're clearly entering recession, and there are ALREADY dozens of completed, empty buildings next door, and new subleasing offered every day.

Must be somebody around here with some knowledge of the sector they can share!

Thanks earlie, but we live in Hawaii. Cold is a relative thing. The brunt of winter is like 45 degrees at night. It does feel cold when you're used to 80 everyday and own nothing warmer that a sweat shirt.
