Thanks, Lorne. That sounds like a common sense rule to me. Hope it helps the coal miner. While coal is mined in the middle of Oregon, I just haven't heard of this problem before. Hope it helps, and that the mine owners implement it just because retraining a good coal miner is expensive, and "replacing" a sick or diseased one has got to be 10 times MORE expensive.
