Kevin--I used to think that 'good management' meant the company grew in revenues and profits, became more solid financially, that sort of thing. But then Kramer is talking about 'stock management' isn't he? So the certificates that are traded around become higher priced. Nothing to do with what the company is really worth but what the market can be 'managed' into seeing it worth.
I find it hard to believe Kramer thinks KREM is the best he has ever seen. KREM at least sells hot doughnuts. I watched loads of Y2K companies, biotechs, and internets do it with nothing but hot air.
I think Kramer is way off base, I like companies to pay attention to building a business and leave the share price to the market. Over and over I find the ones building share price have a kind of fascination with stock options. We shall see what the case is for KREM.
