I know what you mean. The 'up' is too laboured. Feels more like a bounce. Expiry related? BTW-Just checked Rydex and two things stood out. Firstly, money market didn't budge and secondly, the NDX short fund had a huge spike.

Between this and the Ameritraders, I don't think there is that much consensus on up.

Maybe it's the fact that the Nas can't bust through 2200 with any conviction?
