Hello Dale Looking at FHRX, as a possible buy. stockcharts.com biz.yahoo.com They have two strikes against them. High PE and high p/sales. Any thoughts?

Regarding RMBS, they rely heavily on revenues from their licensing of intellectual property. They have been very aggressive on this front and have been quick to litigate. Recently they lost some major litigation efforts including one which included fraud charges. Though there is the appeal process I think from what I have read and know from my own experiences that there is a high probability that these decisions will stick. The bad news here is that current payers to RMBS for their IP could instantly shut down and stop paying based upon these current decisions. Whether all that is priced into RMBS at current levels is unclear but I would want to access that impact before I would take a position. Just an opinion, I have no position.
