The good Democratic Governor of California has to realize that it is not in the definition of duties assigned to the President of the United States to regulate energy corporations or any corporation for that matter. Nor is it in his power to tell corporations what they can and cannot charge people for their product. President Bush is just following the law. ;-) M

California is already THE most conserving state in the nation. But there's alot to be said for "learning from a third world country," that is, unless you want to become one.
