A DG just before earnings are due out. hmmmmmm.

Prudential downgrades to HOLD from Strong Buy based on slower than expected revenue growth and little foreseeable spark in the next several months; sees few catalysts for INTU to trade up from current trading levels as INTU reaches its seasonally slow period; lowers price target to $31 from $42.

Earnings out on 5/22

should be interesting.........
