ToTradeWell and rb852369 - IWOV and SATC

IWOV looks like it might have beat the 92% rule, that is the statistic that 92% of stocks that go below $10 do not make it back up to $20, as says IBD. If this rally continues it still might have room to go. The hourly chart pattern doesn't yell "short me" right now, so we'll have to watch the naz and take another look later.

SATC similarly doesn't yell "short me" just yet as it seems to be really on fire as I type.

The "impressive" thing about the rally since Tuesday night (and bothersome for shorts) is the breadth of it as all of these cheapies and small caps come out of the woodwork with spectacular gains on substantially no news.(debby mentioned MGAM and DNCR earlier) I have seen it happen during January, April, and also for the last few days. But the big question is when do we short, and TA is seldom good at picking tops or bottoms. Furthermore it also depends on one's timeframe, a month, a week, an hour, etc. and I think SATC has not topped yet and IWOV probably not, unless you're talking about a short for the next hour or less. So all in all I think we'll just have to watch these two, but watch 'em carefully.
