"Who are the leaders in their market?"

I believe in the "semi" space, they compete with some gorillas including RF Micro (RFMD) and Vitesse (VTSS), with Anadigics (ANAD) and TriQuint (TQNT) - maybe Conexant (CNXT)still - next in line. In the wireless subsystems space, the competitors I think REMEC (REMC) is sort of the gorilla and EndWave (ENWV), Telaxis (TLXS) next in line - like CLTK.

"Is it possible that, in a slower market, smaller, weaker companies will be forced out of business?"

I think that depends on how deep the downturn lasts. If they keep their burn rate steady, their cash position seems more than sufficient to run for over 4Qs. Consequently, they might re-emerge in decent shape once the cycle kicks back into play....but that does not take the ongoings of their competition into account. I think this is the $64K question.

Just one man's spin.....SB
