Ali,

20 Mbits/s is a hypothetical figure that they will not be able to deliver to single users. The figure I am hearing for broadband wireless is 54Mbits/s of raw data (about 30-40Mbits effective rate after taking into account overhead) for a base station using 10MHz of spectrum. The 30-40Mbits/s will then have to be shared among all users connected to base station.
