Sounds like you've got it all sorted out pretty well. You do know that you can get propane powered refrigerators. They operate on the stirling cycle. Expensive, but would cut you AC pwr reqmts tremendously.

BTW- When we ran power to our Barn/cabin in KY- we saved big $ by having the pole and meter set right at the nearest power line, and paying a contractor to dig a trench and run the power line underground for 700 ft. Might be worth checking out if you really want to hook into the grid.
